Rate: $185
Therapists, too, need therapy. We face unique challenges like vicarious trauma, compassion fatigue, imposter syndrome, and burnout. We're also human, with personal issues just like everyone else.
As a therapist with over 10 years of experience working with helping professionals, I love helping both novice and experienced therapists process their unique experiences and deepen their self-understanding so they can become the best version of themselves at work and at home.
I know how HARD it can be to find a therapist as a therapist—you can't know the person personally, you have a reputation to uphold, and you want someone GOOD, someone who can provide more than the support you already get from your therapist friends.
My hope is to be that therapist for you. But if we meet and it's not a good fit, I'm always happy to offer referrals to some awesome colleagues.
1:1 Supervision
LPCC supervision for pre-licensed therapists.
Rate: $175
I am a board approved LPCC supervisor for licensure candidates. LPCC supervision includes self-of-therapist work, case note review, and case consultation to support your development as a therapist.
I believe that supervision is a collaborative process, and I am committed to creating a supportive and safe space for you to learn and grow. I have been in your position before and have had both positive and negative experiences from supervision, which has helped me feel clear about who I am as a supervisor and how I want to supervise.
As your LPCC supervisor, I will be collaborative and give feedback. I want to create a relationship with you where you feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. My goal is for you to feel prepared and confident to enter the field as a therapist by the end of our supervision.
Individual Case Consultation
Rate: $185
Are you struggling with a particularly tricky client? Do you need a fresh perspective on a complex case? Or maybe you're just looking for some short-term support from a trusted colleague?
Whatever your needs are, I offer individual case consultation to help therapists of all experience levels, including those in solo practice and previous supervisees.
I understand that it can be difficult to find consultation, especially if you are in solo practice or if you do not have access to a consultation group. I am here to provide you with the support and guidance you need to succeed.
Together, we can explore your case from a new angle, develop new strategies, and create a personalized plan to help your client succeed. Here are just a few of the ways I can help:
