With a strong emphasis on the mind-body connection and nutritional psychology, Lifestyle Coaching for Mental Health aims to help women reduce stress and anxiety, reset their nervous system, and restore their physical and mental health back to a place of balance.

We begin with a comprehensive assessment of your mental health symptoms while simultaneously evaluating the 6 pillars of health:

  • Nutrition

  • Physical activity

  • Sleep

  • Stress management

  • Use of substances

  • Social connection

Based on the findings, we will collaborate to develop achievable goals tailored to your specific needs and concerns. You will gain a deeper understanding of nutritional psychology, learn practical tools to improve sleep, and develop skills for stress management and social connection.
